In This Role You Will:
The Home Health Aide:
  • Provide personal care and assist with mobility or exercises under RN/therapist supervision
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and support medication management
  • Observe, report, and document patient condition
  • Maintain safety, infection control, and proper use of equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Participate in training, care planning, and other duties as assigned

Shift Details:
This is a part-time Home Health Aide position with a flexible schedule, providing care to patients in their homes throughout the Frankfort, IN area. Who You Are:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Aide license in the state of Indiana required
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a Plan of Care
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required
  • Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
