This is a part-time role, anticipated to be approximately 20 hrs. per week.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will...
โ€ข Schedule appointments with Signing Agents.
โ€ข Confirm appointments with borrowers in order to meet specific scheduling and signing requirements.
โ€ข Build and maintain working relationships with team members, management and signing agents.
โ€ข Montitor the scheduling queue to ensure client turn times are met.
โ€ข Review special instructions and order notes to ensure appointments are scheduled accurately.
โ€ข Monitor the scheduling systems to ensure the team is not falling behind.
โ€ข Working the assigned tasks given for that day.

โ€ข Sending recruit requests to your managing team within a timely manner
โ€ข Monitor vendor fees to ensure fee guidelines are being met
โ€ข Obtain management approval for any fees exceeding the region's fee limit
โ€ข Adhere to all company policies and procedures
โ€ข Meet minimum production goals and quality requirements as set by management
โ€ข Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines
โ€ข Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
โ€ข High School diploma or equivalent required
โ€ข Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills
