We're breathing new life into homes around Cherry Hill, NJ, and we're hiring a precise, observant, and detail-oriented person to help keep our finances on track.

Here's what you can expect in this financial position:

Accrual Accounting & Record Maintenance

  • Maintaining accurate books and our general ledger
  • Tracking individual job revenue, costs (labor, materials, and other expenses), deposits, and payment schedules

Job Costing & Production Support

  • Reconciling job costing data with production and procurement teams
  • Identifying cost variances and discrepancies and reporting them to leadership
  • Fully costing and closing out all jobs

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

  • Processing vendor invoices, matching bills to purchase orders/scopes, and making timely payments
  • Correctly coding expenses
  • Tracking customer invoices, flagging outstanding balances, and assisting with payment collection
  • Using the CRM to track payments and production records

Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Reconciling loans, credit cards, and bank accounts every month
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and providing leadership with timely reports
  • Assisting our accountant with month- and year-end closes
