Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, both one location AND at other restaurant locations on schedule
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repair
- Fabricate and install electrical components as needed
- Conduct low voltage and high voltage electrical work
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Preparation for corporate inspections
- Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Equipment Repair Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems
- Experience in analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with industrial electrician practices and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
