Job description

Hiring a salon manager who has previous experience working as a manager in a nail salon, restaurant, hospitality industry or a fast paced customer service environment.


The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a nail salon team, providing top-tier customer service, and ensuring smooth business functioning.


This role involves managing employee appointments, checking quality control in employee workmanship, promoting a safe and clean salon environment, and driving profitability through effective team leadership.


Work Schedule

Salon hours: Mon-Fri: 9:30 AM-7:00 PM, Sat: 9:30 AM-5:00 PM


Work days are very flexible, but must be willing to work for the full day


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Process card payments accurately
  • Manage 15 employees’ appointment schedules using software scheduling tools
  • Ensure high standards of quality control in employee workmanship
  • Maintain salon cleanliness, appearance, and safety

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in salon or hospitality management
  • Knowledge of different nail services and descriptions
  • Must work with honesty and integrity
  • Possess high emotional intelligence
  • Detail oriented
  • Fast thinking skills
  • Self motivated and responsible
