Job description

Position: Esthetician with Lash Specialty
FLSA Status: Part - Time Non-Exempt
Reports To: Holistic Health Manager
POSITION Description: Responsible for providing clients Wellness Services at Holistic Health with emphasis on lash services. Responsible for the coordination of esthetics and lash supplies and help with the overall upkeep of the Holistic Health Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide esthetician services with focus on lash services to Holistic Health customers as scheduled by the Wellness department
  • Responsible for assisting clients in understanding the services provided by Holistic Health
  • Help with the cleaning of the Holistic Health Center
  • Help with the payments of Holistic Health Services
  • Responsible for the ordering of all lash supplies and products for Holistic Health and assist with ordering of esthetic supplies and products
  • Clean and organize rooms between clients, Including sterilizing equipment and replenishing supplies
  • Provide Front Desk Support as needed
  • Recommend product to clients based on their individual needs and answers questions
  • Help with the selling of esthetics products for Holistic Health
  • Accurately collect and document money transactions
  • Comply with HIPAA privacy requirements and processes
  • Coordinate with the Holistic Health Manager to ensure that all Wellness tasks are being completed

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience Requirements:
Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with Lash application experience
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
