These roles may include customer service representatives, claims processors, or administrative support staff who work fewer hours than full-time employees. Part-time employees often handle tasks such as assisting customers with insurance claims, answering inquiries about pet health coverage, and providing general support to the team. These positions are ideal for individuals seeking flexible schedules while working in the pet insurance or pet care industry.
