How you'll contribute   

A Medical Receptionist who excels in this role: 

  • Provides front office support in a physician office.
  • Answers telephone promptly and courteously, takes accurate and complete messages, forwards, or answers inquiries as appropriate. Schedules all patients according to policy and procedures. 
  • Collects, verifies, and performs insurance eligibility into the practice management system. Collects patient co-payments.
