The role…

At Soho House the Spa Receptionist is an experienced, dynamic individual who possesses a real passion and pride in their work. Flexible Spa Receptionist with excellent customer service. Spa Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Soho House Cowshed retail area and other items. As a Spa Receptionist, you are also accountable for providing full service to all guests staying at Soho House who are utilizing the spa and gym area.

A successful Spa Receptionist proactively inspects and cleans equipment and the floors (when applicable), replaces products, keep inventory as well as provides a fun, approachable and tranquil atmosphere in the House Spa retail area.

Main Duties

  • Retail sales experience
  • Book client appointments successfully in Book4Time
  • Manage client appointments from booking and confirming to greeting the guest, setting up with appropriate spa tech, and processing payment for appointments
  • Maintenance of Spa reception desk and check-in area as well as changing and wait rooms
  • Maintain F&B items used for food service to the Spa
  • Provide refreshments to guests as required
  • Light administrative and clerical duties
  • Always maintain a fun and energetic attitude
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
  • Flexible in Schedule

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Basic verbal communication skills.
  • 1+ year experience working in a spa/retail setting.
