Job Description:
Our Guards at Golden Empire, Inc help maintain safe and secure environments for corporate and private events in and around the surrounding areas of Bakersfield and Kern County. We provide standing and patrolling services to our clients who depend on us in a variety of guard postings to provide professional, and upstanding levels of security. At Golden Empire we provide a professional and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance; ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork
  • Positions require constant walking, climbing stairs, sitting, but are not limited to these functions.
  • Actively monitor premises

Must Have:

  • Must pass background screening
  • Must have reliable Transportation
  • Guard Card a plus, we also help employees get certified.
  • Highschool or equivalent (preferred)
