As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park. Job Description

First impressions matter- and yours sets the tone. As a Host/Hostess, every guest you welcome is the beginning of an exceptional dining experience. From warm greetings to smooth seating transitions, you play a key role in creating a positive, memorable visit. At Westgate Resorts, your genuine hospitality leads the way.

Duties:

  • Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm.
  • Keep dining areas clean and set.
  • Ensure critical communication with the kitchen and service team is maintained.

To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. These values are essential to our success, and we are looking for someone who shares out commitment.

Qualifications
  • ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status.
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma or general education degree GED.
  • The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Follow instructions without close supervision.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
