What You'll Expect
As a Dishwasher, you'll keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. You'll maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with basic food prep when needed.
What You'll Do
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
  • Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and trash disposal areas clean
  • Organize and store cleaned items properly
  • Assist with food prep and unloading kitchen deliveries
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
  • Support kitchen staff during peak times and special events

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
  • Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Teamwork and communication skills

What We Require
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, noisy, and smoky environments
