Cyber Defense Infrastructure Support Specialist
The Opportunity:
When our country's cyber security is on the line, simply reacting is not enough-we need a plan. And when that plan needs to support the Army's enterprise network, we need strategic policy development. That's why we need you, a cyber strategic planning and development specialist with the expertise required to guide a team analyzing the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and development specialist on our team, you'll oversee staff working on the assessment of the Army's current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You'll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you'll lead the team in the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You'll work with the client to ensure they operate securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment.

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity, network operations, systems administration, cloud environments, infrastructure engineering, or cyber defense activities
• Experience implementing, securing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
• Experience supporting vulnerability management, system hardening, risk assessments, and remediation efforts
• Knowledge of enterprise network, system, and cloud infrastructure concepts and security principles
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices, defense-in-depth strategies, and risk management methodologies
• Ability to develop, integrate, and maintain operational TTPs, SOPs, and Concept of Operations (CONOPs)
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• DoD 8140 compliant security certification such as Security +, CASP+, CISSP, CySA, GIAC certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence products
• Experience supporting government, DoD, Intelligence Community, or large enterprise cybersecurity environments
• Ability to identify emerging threats, adversary behaviors, and cybersecurity risks impacting organizational missions
• Ability to collaborate with Cybersecurity, intelligence, and operational stakeholders to support mission objectives
• Master's degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
