To thrive as a Part Time Governance Risk Compliance professional, you need a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance management, often supported by a degree in business, finance, or law. Familiarity with compliance management systems, audit software, and certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or similar are typically required. What are part-time Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles?

Part-time Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles involve supporting an organization's efforts to manage risks, adhere to laws and regulations, and implement governance policies, but on a reduced or flexible work schedule. These professionals help ensure the company follows best practices and remains compliant with industry standards. Duties may include risk assessments, policy development, compliance monitoring, and internal audits. Part-time GRC roles are ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while still contributing to critical organizational functions.
