Job description

Part-Time Office Administrator / Automotive Service Assistant

PA Autosport LLC – Springdale, PA

$17–$25 per hour, based on experience
W-2 employment – paid weekly
Part-time – up to 29 hours per week
On-site position

PA Autosport is a growing, family-owned automotive dealership, repair, and body shop in Springdale, PA. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and computer-savvy Office Administrator / Service Assistant to help keep our front office and daily operations running efficiently.

Automotive experience is preferred, but not required. We are primarily looking for someone who is excellent with computers, paperwork, customer service, scheduling, and organization and who can learn new software quickly.

Experience in a busy automotive, medical, dental, chiropractic, insurance, legal, accounting, or other professional office environment can transfer well to this position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, texts, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Greet customers and provide professional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help coordinate the daily service schedule
  • Create and update estimates, invoices, repair orders, and customer records
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized files
  • Process and record customer payments
  • Assist with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping
  • Assist with parts ordering, inventory, and vendor communication
  • Assist with insurance claims and body shop paperwork
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and insurance companies
  • Follow up on appointments, estimates, parts, paperwork, and unfinished tasks
  • Take vehicle photos and assist with online listings/social media when needed
  • Help keep the front office organized and daily workflow moving efficiently

Qualifications

  • Strong computer and typing skills

  • Ability to learn new software quickly

You do not need experience with every program. Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are more important than previous automotive experience.
