POSITION SUMMARYÂ
The Receptionist fosters connections among residents, team members, and visitors, creating positive first impressions through in-person, phone, and electronic interactions. They ensure all visitors adhere to the visitor management system and wear name tags while also coordinating assistance for individuals' needs, alongside providing administrative and sales support to the leadership team and Community.Â

Exceptional communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with residents and staff through both verbal and written means.Â
Strong attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities. Proficient in multitasking, prioritization, and demonstrating excellent time management skills.Â
Comfortable with technology and proficient in various software programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google, and others.Â
