Job Description

This is not a typical part-time job.

No retail floor. No food running. No warehouse. No gig work with unpredictable hours. No driving for a delivery app.

You'll work in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and earn tips on top of your hourly rate — every single shift.

Think: consistent part-time schedule + real hourly pay + tips + something genuinely different on your resume.

You don't need to know casino games before applying. That's what paid training is for.

What You'll Do

  • Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
  • Speak to online players in a friendly, professional, and engaging way
  • Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
  • Keep the game moving smoothly every shift
  • Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift

  • Paid training scheduled before your first live shift

No random callouts. No unpredictable hours. You pick your commitment level and we build a consistent schedule around it.

Why This Works for Students

  • Keeps your weekdays free for class, internships, and studying
  • Consistent income you can actually plan around
  • Tips on top of hourly — more than most campus or part-time jobs pay
  • Paid training — learn on our time, not yours
  • Real global company name on your resume
  • Path to full-time after graduation if you want it

Why This Works as a Second Job

  • Flexible hour options — 12, 16, or 24 per week based on what you need
  • Same schedule every week — easy to plan around your main job
  • Tips on top of your base rate every shift
  • Paid training — no out-of-pocket cost to get started
  • Modern studio environment — not a restaurant or retail floor
  • Actually interesting to tell people about

Why This Job Is Different

  • On-camera studio role — not a casino floor
  • No smoke, no chips, no physical players
  • No cash handling
  • Paid training — zero experience needed

  • Tips on top of your hourly rate every shift
  • Path to full-time for strong performers who want more hours
  • Year-round stability — this is not a seasonal role

We Offer

  • $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
  • Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
  • After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Growth opportunities up to $23–$28/hr
  • Paid training and paid breaks
  • Paid time off and sick time accruals
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage (based on hours worked)
  • 401(k) with annual match
  • Nationwide employee discount program powered by LifeMart
  • Path to full-time for strong performers
