About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Content Writer and Social Media Manager to help lead content, communication, and posting across multiple creator and brand accounts - including Nick Gross, Find Your Grind, Gross Labs and partner brands like X Games, BeeUp, Breakaway Festival, and Beatbox Beverages.
This is a hybrid creative and operational role. You'll help shape how our clients show up online, manage daily posting schedules, and ensure smooth coordination between strategy, production, and delivery. The projects span personal brands, startups, and cultural ventures that bring together creativity, education, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain content calendars across multiple creator and brand accounts
  • Handle daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X)
  • Write engaging captions, post copy, and short-form content that align with each brand's tone and audience
  • Support campaigns tied to partnerships, launches, or brand collaborations
  • Join client calls and act as a communication bridge between clients (Nick, Caleb, and leadership) and the creative team
  • Capture feedback from meetings and translate it into actionable deliverables for editors, designers, and copywriters
  • Track all content and project deliverables inside ClickUp to ensure accountability and on-time delivery
  • Identify opportunities to improve posting consistency, workflow efficiency, and content performance

Requirements
  • Experience in social media management, posting, or creative project coordination
  • Strong copywriting, communication, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable being client-facing and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced creative environments
  • Bonus: Familiarity with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, Planable, etc.)
  • Timezone: US or overlapping hours preferred (California timezone ideal)
