Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy being the first point of contact for customers? Jessica Scharf State Farm is seeking a part - time Receptionist to help keep our office running smoothly while providing excellent customer service every day. Youll greet clients, answer phones, and support the team with front desk and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner

Answer phones, route calls, and/or take accurate messages

Support front desk operations (sign-in, scheduling support, paperwork assistance as needed)

Maintain an organized and clean reception area

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and preparing documents

Provide accurate information and direct customers to the appropriate team member

Support day-to-day office needs as assigned
