Design and development of next-generation HBM DRAM products. Complete various tasks in the netlist to GDSII implementation for partition(s), meeting schedule, and design goals. Collaborate with the Architect, Front End Design, and CAD teams to deliver best-in-class designs. Assist Front End Design and Integration Engineers with SRAM/RF specification and synthesis design constraints. Resolve and improve design and flow issues related to physical design, identify potential solutions, and work with CAD teams as needed. Debug and identify root causes and solutions for netlist timing issues or post-silicon timing issues. May telecommute part-time.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires:
1. Digital design;
2. Physical design;
3. Layout design;
4. Timing Closure;
5. EMIR Analysis; and
6. Physical Verification.
