Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Range: $70,000 - $90,000 / Annually
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with decision-makers and make a direct impact on business operations through software development.
Job Description:
We are seeking a .NET Developer with 2-4 years of experience to join a collaborative development team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both existing and newly built applications. The ideal candidate will have experience working across the full software development lifecycle and will be comfortable supporting legacy systems while helping modernize applications and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement enhancements for custom business applications.
• Support modernization initiatives involving existing .NET-based platforms.
• Develop new features, functionality, and integrations for internal and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Build and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop and support backend services using .NET technologies including C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
• Create, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures.
• Design, develop, and secure API integrations utilizing REST and WCF services.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Contribute to automation and operational efficiencies throughout the application environment.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working within a Microsoft technology stack.
• Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
• Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design principles.
• Knowledge of REST and/or WCF web service development.
• Experience participating in projects through the full SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
