Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $110K-$125K

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Job Description:

The Senior Front-End Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing modern user interfaces for a suite of enterprise applications. This position involves building scalable front-end solutions within a distributed architecture while contributing to shared components and front-end standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, a strong understanding of front-end architecture, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive front-end applications using modern frameworks and tools
• Develop and maintain shared component libraries to ensure consistency across multiple products
• Contribute to a distributed front-end architecture that supports scalability and performance
• Integrate front-end components with backend services through APIs
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver production-ready features
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Participate in testing, code reviews, and deployment processes
• Implement secure access and authentication practices within applications

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in front-end development within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in React (v18+) and TypeScript
• Experience working with modern tooling such as React Query, Vite, and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of scalable front-end architecture and modular design approaches
• Experience with CSS/SCSS and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and front-end development workflows
• Experience using version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams
