Position Type: Part-Time
Department: Park Operations

Overview

At Malibu Jacks, our Team Members are the heart of the guest experience. Team Members work across multiple areas of the park to ensure guests have a fun, safe, and memorable visit. This role is dynamic and hands-on, involving operating attractions, assisting guests at the front desk, supporting parties and group events, maintaining park cleanliness, and helping create an energetic and welcoming environment.

Team Members are cross-trained to support multiple areas of the facility and play an important role in keeping the park running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Provide friendly, welcoming, and helpful service to all guests

  • Answer questions and assist guests with attractions, games, and park activities

  • Ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience

Attraction Operations

  • Safely operate attractions according to company procedures

  • Monitor guests while they participate in attractions

  • Enforce safety rules and height requirements

  • Assist guests entering and exiting attractions

Front Desk / Guest Services

  • Check in guests and process attraction purchases

  • Assist with wristbands, play cards, and guest questions

  • Handle basic transactions and provide accurate information about park offerings

Parties amp; Group Events

  • Assist with birthday parties and group events

  • Help set up party rooms and prepare materials

  • Deliver food, assist hosts, and support guests during celebrations

  • Ensure party areas remain clean and organized

Park Cleanliness amp; Safety

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the facility

  • Wipe tables, clean attractions, empty trash, and restock supplies

  • Identify and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues

Team Support

  • Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors

  • Assist in different areas of the park as needed

  • Help maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for guests and team members
