Job description

DuPont Country club is looking for a part-time Front Desk Attendant for our new Fitness Center. The Front Desk employees will be the face of the gym and help provide an exceptional experience to our members upon entering and exiting the facility. The Fitness Center is a brand new edition to our club and we want to spread our positiveness and care for our members here! We are looking for people who are excited about fitness and want to share their spirit with our members. We want our members to feel welcome and have a great experience whenever they are here. Front Desk employees will report to the Athletics Assistant Manager.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet members as they enter and exit the facility by name.
  • Check in members and guests.
  • Help communicate special events to members and guests.

  • Follow up with any concerns to ensure its resolution.
  • Create and maintain a welcoming and lively atmosphere.
