Job description

We are currently looking to hire a Front Desk Concierge for our location in Palatine, IL 60067.

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and work with our experienced management team. The ideal candidate must be able to make decisions, follow directions, and give instructions.

Qualifications:
• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Security: 1 year (Preferred)
• Front Desk/Lobby Experience (Preferred)
Weekend Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays
From 2:00 pm - 8:00pm.

Compensation:
$16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Professional appearance.
• Provide a welcoming environment.
• Package Handling. (Sometimes heavy lifting will be involved).
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must work as a team with other service providers in the building (security team, maintenance team, management team, and
vendors).
• Prepare highly detailed shift and incident reports.
• Monitoring CCTV.
