This part-time Front Desk Admin position requires a passion for precision and a knack for leveraging technology to optimize clinic workflows. What You’ll Do (Supporting the Office Manager):
  • Execute precise front desk operations, ensuring a consistently positive and seamless patient experience.
  • Contribute to the optimization of daily clinic workflows, maintaining meticulously organized schedules and efficient processes.
  • Provide expert-level customer service, proactively addressing patient inquiries and resolving concerns with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
