Job description

Overview
In addition to managing the day to day operations of a LifeWise program, Site Coordinators act as the primary point of contact with the host site and the school.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Active participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Leadership experience in either a professional or volunteer capacity

Job Description
  • Assist Area Director with recruiting and hiring staff members and volunteers
    • In CityWide programs, act as Lead Teacher in addition to Site Coordinator responsibilities, unless otherwise specified
  • Schedule staff members and volunteers
  • Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and operations with the school
  • Coordinate program's presence at school events
  • Develop lesson schedule and ensure teachers have access to lesson plans
  • Set up LifeWise signage, decor, etc. at site and verify site is safe and secure
  • Arrange for student transportation in coordination with Area Director
  • Plan activities to show appreciation to contacts within the school
  • Assist Area Director in establishing budget for the program
  • Actively participate in and coordinate fundraising efforts for the program
  • Purchase materials needed for program using expense card
  • Forward donations to Area Director for processing
