We are seeking an Account Manager (Client Relations & HR/Onboarding) to join our team. This role will involve Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts; conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews; gather and respond to evolving client needs with proactive solutions; oversee end-to-end onboarding from vetting through successful start; coordinate required documentation, equipment provisioning, and training schedules; provide onsite HR support to staff; ensure basic onboarding compliance including I-9 processes; balance shifting priorities between client-facing work and administrative HR tasks; based in Denver with weekly onsite presence and local travel.. The ideal candidate will have experience in Account management; client relationship management; stakeholder meetings and check-ins; HR generalist support; recruiting coordination; onboarding and compliance; I-9 verification; communication and interpersonal skills; multitasking in fast-paced environments and a passion for General business services (client account support and staffing/onboarding operations).

Job Description: Seeking an organized Account Manager to support regional operations by combining client account management with HR, onboarding, and recruiting support. The role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintains ongoing stakeholder engagement, and ensures service delivery meets expectations. Additionally, the role manages the candidate-to-employee transition, coordinating onboarding documentation, equipment provisioning, and initial training, while acting as an internal HR resource for staff regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Requires local presence for weekly onsite activities and travel within the region as needed.
