  • Core work: Set up and operate CNC milling equipment
  • Materials: Stainless steel
  • Skills: Blueprint reading, tooling adjustments, Fanuc controls
CNC Programmer

Your morning begins by translating complex part prints into efficient toolpaths. You optimize feeds and speeds, refine strategies, and support the floor as jobs move from CAM to the mill. You partner with machinists to improve cycle times and part quality.

  • Shift: 1st (7:00 AM โ€“ 3:30 PM)
  • Pay: $35.00 โ€“ $40.00/hr
  • Core work: Create and optimize CNC milling programs
  • Software: FeatureCAM, Mastercam, Creo, or comparable CAM
  • Focus: Support machining operations and drive process improvements
Controls Engineer

You collaborate with engineering and production to design, troubleshoot, and enhance automation and control systems that power custom packaging lines. Your solutions improve reliability, throughput, and operator experience.

  • Shift: 1st
