Job Title: Leasing Concierge- Part-Time

Location: Dillsburg, PA

Position Summary

The Part-Time Lease-Up Concierge supports lease-up communities by providing evening and weekend office coverage, welcoming prospective residents, and ensuring all walk-in traffic and interactions are accurately documented and communicated to the leasing team.
This role serves as the first point of contact for walk-in traffic during designated lease-up hours and plays a key role in enhancing the prospect experience while supporting occupancy goals. The Lease-Up Concierge is responsible for traffic tracking, guest card management, self-guided tour support, and prospect engagement.
This is a part-time, temporary position designed specifically to support communities during the lease-up phase.


Schedule

Monday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Approximately 21 hours per week.
Schedules may be adjusted based on leasing activity, community needs, and occupancy goals.


Essential Responsibilities

Prospect Experience
Welcome walk-in prospects and visitors in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner
Provide community information packets and approved marketing materials
Answer general community questions and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure leasing office, model, and common areas remain presentable during assigned shifts
Create a positive first impression of the community and company

Traffic Capture & Reporting
Accurately enter guest cards and prospect information into AppFolio
Track walk-ins, phone calls, self-guided tours, and prospect activity
Maintain detailed traffic records and reporting logs
Provide daily and weekly traffic summaries as requested
Document prospect feedback and share insights with the leasing team
Accurately capture and report prospect traffic, including walk-ins, calls, self-guided tours, and leasing activity
Tour Coordination
Coordinate self-guided tours in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure prospects receive appropriate community information and next-step instructions
Schedule follow-up appointments with the leasing team when necessary
Route all leasing-specific inquiries to the appropriate leasing representative
Administrative Support
Assist with basic leasing-related administrative tasks
Maintain organized prospect records and documentation
Support lease-up events and community marketing initiatives as needed
Assist with flyer distribution, outreach efforts, and community awareness initiatives when directed


Qualifications

Required
Strong customer service and communication skills

Previous customer service, hospitality, leasing, sales, or property management experience

Role Limitations

This position is intended to support prospect engagement and traffic capture and is not responsible for licensed leasing activities.
Depending on state licensing requirements, the Lease-Up Concierge may not:
Quote rental rates or concessions
Negotiate lease terms
Conduct licensed leasing activities
Approve applications
Execute lease documents
Provide legal or lease-related guidance
Questions regarding pricing, availability, lease terms, application requirements, deposits, or leasing decisions should be referred to the designated leasing team.

Compensation

Part-time hourly position.
Target Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and local market conditions. No commission structure applies to this position.
