STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL - PRN DO NOT SUBMIT ANYONE WHO DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Summary of Responsibilities: Administering flu shots at onsite Flu shot clinics for various local businesses. Will need to be flexible as days and hours will vary depending on need. Some weeks there are five clients, some weeks there are no clients. This is part time two-seven hours per event (site); one-two days per week. There are no guaranteed hours or days. Mandatory Qualifications: Pharmacist BSP degree RPH license in the our client Ohio Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D, experience administering flu shots. Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist, BLS current, Immunization certification Physical Environment: Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations at various onsite business locations Network Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required.
Shift: PLEASE READ: This assignment is to cover flu clinics at various onsite locations/local businesses. There are no guaranteed days or hours. The days and hours will vary depending on the need of the clients. Each event/clinic is 2-7 hours. You will work 1-2 days per week, maybe more depending on the need. Some weeks there are 5 clinics, some weeks there are no clinics. You must be flexible.
