What are some common challenges faced by part-time floral associates, and how can they be addressed?

Part-time floral associates often face challenges such as managing peak periods like holidays, learning to care for a variety of flowers, and balancing multiple customer requests at once. Time management and strong organizational skills are key to handling these busy times efficiently.
