Job description

Bookkeeper

Join an exciting company by supporting our operations!  Spectrum Gaming Group is seeking an experienced bookkeeper, to help us manage our books, as well as up to two additional companies as well.

Hours are flexible, and we will work with your schedule!  We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper up to 20 hours per week to help our expanding operation.  

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and posting transactions.
  • Maintain the chart of accounts, and post journal entries as directed.
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements as necessary.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Track employee time off and maintain employee files
  • Assist in other administrative and accounting tasks, as required.

We would like the majority of the 20 hours per week to be at our office in Horsham, PA.  Working from home would be an option for up to 25% of the time worked.  We are flexible with days and hours in the office, but it would have to be between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
