StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Program Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team in Fort Worth, TX. This hybrid‑schedule position provides financial planning, analysis, and execution support across multiple programs while partnering closely with Program Managers and leadership. The ideal candidate has experience in a government contracting environment and thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑project setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial planning, forecasting, and execution support for multiple active programs.
  • Partner with Program Managers to deliver timely and accurate financial insights, including funding status, burn rates, and variance analysis.
  • Perform managerial and cost accounting functions such as budgeting, EAC updates, and financial modeling.
  • Prepare, review, and validate monthly invoices, financial reports, reconciliations, and contract modifications.
  • Maintain data integrity across financial systems, documents, and program records.
  • Support corporate initiatives, internal reviews, audits, special projects, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, contract requirements, FAR/DFARS, and company financial policies.
Experience Requirements:
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously; government contracting experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, funding execution, and variance analysis in a project‑based environment.
  • Hands‑on experience reviewing invoices, financial reports, reconciliations, and contract modifications.
  • Proficiency using spreadsheets and financial reporting tools; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems; Deltek Costpoint experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to Program Managers and leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Allowable substitutions:
    • An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience.
    • Six (6) years of experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
