Description
The Arts Based School (ABS) is seeking a part-time Aftercare program staff member to start immediately. ABS welcomes applicants from historically underserved communities and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
Benefits
ABS is a popular and successful public charter school that has been in operation for more than 20 years. There are two ABS campuses: ABS North in downtown Winston-Salem, and ABS South in the Happy Hill neighborhood.
The ABS Aftercare program runs from Monday-Friday from 2pm-6pm and staff hours will vary within this time frame. ABS offers competitive hourly pay for this position.
Requirements
We are seeking qualified candidates to join ourafterschool care program. Staff members are expected to engage and supervise children during indoor and outdoor play. We are searching for applicants who are flexible, responsible, and positive role models for our students.
Applicants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide information for a formal background check
• Pass a drug screening
Desired Qualifications:
• Previous childcare experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Flexible Schedule
• Availability for Both Campuses
