Receptionist / Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Integracare Senior Living Community

Position Type: Part-Time (~23.5 hours per week)

Shift: Daytime Hours (Mondays: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Tuesdays – Fridays: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $14.00 / hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our senior living community. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, family members, visitors, and vendors—providing excellent customer service, managing incoming phone calls, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Schedule amp; Hours
  • Total Hours: Approximately 23.5 hours per week
  • Monday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all residents, family members, guests, and professional visitors warmly upon arrival.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, route calls to appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
  • Assist visitors with sign-in protocols and direct them to appropriate areas of the community.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and package deliveries.
  • Provide light administrative and clerical support to community leadership (e.g., copying, filing, scheduling, or basic data entry).
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception desk area.
Qualifications amp; Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, spreadsheets) and comfort operating a multiline telephone system.
  • Attributes: Strong verbal communication skills, dependability, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with seniors and families.
  • Experience: Prior front desk, office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!
  • Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.
