Location: Littleton, CO (On-site)

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Hours: 20- 25 hours/week

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

We’re hiring a dependable, highly organized Part-Time Legal Administrative Assistant to support a small, busy, established law office in Littleton Colorado. This is an on-site role working weekday mornings and is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule, takes pride in producing accurate work, and likes being the go to person who helps keep an office running smoothly.


Part Time Administrative Assistant Role

You’ll provide front-desk/reception coverage and day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and office staff, with a strong emphasis on client communication, document preparation, filing, and organization.

Answer incoming calls and assist or route callers appropriately

Contact clients to confirm and schedule appointments

Greet clients and visitors professionally

Assemble binders/notebooks and prepare client document packets

Copy, scan, print, and organize documents

Perform general filing and maintain organized client and office records (physical and electronic)

Assist with basic document updates (e.g., date changes, minor revisions)

Support attorneys and staff with routine clerical and administrative needs

Assist with incoming/outgoing correspondence

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive client and legal information

Pitch in on additional administrative projects and office responsibilities as needed


Part Time Administrative Assistant Profile

Administrative, receptionist, office support, or legal office experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

Professional, courteous communication (especially by phone)

Comfortable working independently while supporting a small team

Dependable with strong attendance and follow-through

Basic proficiency with word processing and general office technology

Able to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment

Positive, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed
