Handyman/Maintenance for busy dealership group
  • Plumbing Repairs: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, repairing toilets, and minor pipe repairs.
  • Electrical Work: Replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers.
  • Carpentry & Repairs: Fixing doors, windows, fences, cabinets, and repairing drywall or siding.
  • Painting & Maintenance: Interior/exterior painting, caulking, tiling, grouting, and power washing surfaces.
  • General Maintenance: Assembling furniture, installing appliances, cleaning gutters, and repairing deck/fence components.
  • HVAC & Mechanical: Replacing air conditioning filters, checking HVAC functionality, and maintaining heating systems
  • Must be willing to drive to multiple locations to do work
