We are a growing State Farm Agency currently staffed by a team of three dedicated professionals. Our goal is to scale and expand our operations while providing exceptional service to our customers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and task-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining smooth office operations by managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with customer information and policy processing.
Hours:
  • Monday - Thursday: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls with a professional and friendly phone voice
  • Manage the agent's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Gather and enter customer information into our system
  • Process policy changes and updates
  • Call customers regarding late payments and send discount documents
  • Confirm upcoming appointments
  • Other related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
  • Great phone communication skills
  • Detail oriented and task focused
  • Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Prior experience in an insurance office or similar environment preferred
  • Ability to sit for 3-5 hours per day

Compensation:
  • $13 - $15 per hour
