Reporting to the General Manager, this is a senior member of our Executive Team and has accountability for all operating departments. A champion of the brand and our values, this role plays a meaningful contribution to achieving our desired financial results. 

  • Oversee and maintain all operational departments to ensure performance at the highest level of guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Serves as a strategic partner and adviser across departments, providing input and leadership in setting goals, executing our vision, and enacting changes that will better the business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills (people like and respect you), and you make an effort to connect to all stakeholders, establishing and strengthening meaningful connections
  • A thoughtful operator with an ability to manage both short and long-term financial objectives, adding value and managing outcomes through a balanced lens
  • Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture on property.
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, property systems, and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Five or more years’ operating experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hotel
  • Preferably with both Rooms and Food & Beverage experience
  • Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.
  • Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
