About Our Family

We're a busy, energetic family of five in Town & Country navigating an exciting new chapter as we move back into our newly renovated home. With three kids (a rising high school senior, third grader, and first grader), plus a lake house property, our household runs at full speed. Between real estate entrepreneurship, multiple youth sports schedules, school activities, and family time, we're looking for a proactive partner who can help us stay ahead of the daily operations rather than constantly catching up.

Our home is designed for entertaining and family connection, with beautiful new spaces that need thoughtful systems and ongoing maintenance. We value clean living and appreciate someone who brings mature, capable energy to our team. We want to focus on being present parents rather than drowning in household logistics, and we need someone who can help make that happen.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You're a self-starter who is energized by creating order and solving problems before they arise. You've been on teams before and understand the importance of stepping in to help where it is needed to lighten the load for others. You know what it means to anticipate needs and take ownership. You're outgoing, personable, and comfortable being an integrated part of a family's daily rhythm, including interacting with kids and teens.

Most importantly, you're proactive. You don't wait to be told what needs doing; you see what's needed and make it happen. You're organized, detail-oriented, and mature enough to handle the varied demands of managing both a large primary residence and a second property. You are tech-savvy, able to navigate smart home and security systems efficiently, and comfortable using and/or learning digital tools such as Google Sheets or shared calendars (Skylight) to streamline household operations. You are able to maintain oversight of both the big picture planning and the day to day tasks simultaneously.

You communicate effectively, ask questions when needed, and bring solutions rather than problems. You're someone the whole family can connect with and rely on. If you are a team player who thrives in environments where you can truly make a difference in the lives of a family, we would love to hear from you.
