Acquisitions Manager - Vehicle Purchasing
Location: Platinum Ford North Pilot Point, TX

Compensation: Base + Commission (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Job Description
We are seeking a driven Acquisitions Manager whose primary responsibility is to purchase vehicles directly from customers who are looking to sell-not trade or buy. This role is focused entirely on growing inventory by sourcing and acquiring vehicles from multiple channels, including:
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Online listings
  • Street buys / walk-ins
  • Referrals and private sellers

The more vehicles you acquire, the more you earn. This is a performance-based role for someone who understands vehicle values and thrives on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Source and purchase vehicles from private sellers
  • Accurately appraise vehicles based on condition, market value, and reconditioning costs
  • Negotiate purchases to maximize profitability
  • Actively prospect vehicles through online platforms and local outreach
  • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of vehicles
