Our organization in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is currently looking for a dedicated Family Medicine physician to join as a Core Faculty Member in the MCW-Prevea Green Bay Family Medicine Residency Program. This pivotal role will significantly influence the education and clinical experiences of our residents. The position entails clinical responsibilities that account for 60% of the role, alongside teaching and mentorship duties. Optional opportunities for obstetrics and inpatient care at St. Vincent's Hospital are available.

Practice Highlights
  • ACGME-accredited program associated with the Medical College of Wisconsin, Department of Family and Community Medicine.

  • Must hold an MD or DO from an accredited institution.

  • Engagement in 2-3 half-days of patient consultations and 3-4 half-days dedicated to precepting residents.

  • Provide mentorship to residents through constructive feedback, career advice, and wellness support.

  • Collaborate on quality improvement and scholarly initiatives with residents.

  • Take part in the Core Curriculum Committee, responsible for evaluating residents.

  • Continuously assess and enhance the curriculum to align with evolving standards and the needs of residents.
