Part-Time HR Assistant (~20 hours/week)

Location: Schaumburg, IL (In-office)

Compensation: $19 - $22 per hour, commensurate with experience


About the Role:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR department. This flexible part-time role entails approximately 20 hours per week, working onsite to assist with general administrative tasks and HR operations.


Responsibilities:

- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases 

- Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and candidate communications 

- Help prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence 

- Manage onboarding logistics and paperwork for new hires 

- Provide general administrative support to the HR team 

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


Qualifications: 

- Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred, but not required 

- Strong organizational and communication skills
