JOB SUMMARY:
The Part-Time Event Parking Supervisor plays a pivotal role with the daily operations of the Delta Center Parking Garage. The goal is to provide the safest and most unforgettable experience for all guests, performers, and employees who park in our Parking Garage or Loading Dock at the Delta Center. This position reports to the Assistant Manager of Xperience & Parking. This position requires at least three days of work during the week with one of these days being a weekend day. The schedule will typically be 3pm-11pm, but hours may vary depending on the event. Steady hours for this position will not start until September 2026. The pay is $19.25 per hour.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide supervision for event parking ambassadors
  • Implement parking and garage policies with the guidance of the Assistant Manager of Xperience and Parking
  • Manage parking access during the duration of events
  • Support Full-Time Supervisor in creating schedules for Part-Time Event Ambassadors
  • Oversee loading dock parking management during events
  • Execute formal corrective actions when necessary
  • Submit a daily Post Event Report
  • Coordinate with Security Command Center and Xperience Management team regarding emergency situations when required
  • Complete detailed incident reports as required
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain signage, wayfinding and report any damages to the parking structure.
  • Initiate requests for towing services as needed
  • Protect the reputation of the company

  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess a valid Utah Drivers License
  • Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) screening in accordance with company policy and insurance requirements
  • Previous experience in Parking is preferred
  • 1-2 years of Leadership experience
  • Can operate and park a vehicle safely and effectively

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs
