Job Title
Instructor - Part Time (Tax Accounting Applicant Pool)
Job Summary
Classroom instructors needed to teach courses in the Tax Accounting program.
Job Duties
Effectively instruct and assess the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of the students based on program standards.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's in Accounting or related field.
  2. Two (2) years work experience within Accounting or a related field.
  3. Experience preparing tax returns and doing tax research for individuals, including those who file schedule C.
  4. Experience in tax compliance, research and IRS audits for low, middle and high income individuals including persons who are self-employed. Experience with other taxable entities helpful, not required.
  5. Registered Paid Tax Return Preparer, Enrolled Agent or CPA.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. MS, MA or MBA in Accounting or related area.
  2. Two (2) years of teaching experience within a Higher Education setting.
