What you will do
  • Act as the primary functional analyst for the Endur (ION Openlink) ETRM platform supporting trading, risk, operations, and back-office teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from front, middle, and back-office stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system configurations, and solution designs
  • Configure and support Endur modules including deal capture, trade modeling, scheduling, logistics, risk, P&L reporting, settlements, invoicing, and accounting
  • Support Endur enhancements, upgrades, implementations, workflows, and system integrations
  • Provide functional expertise across the end-to-end commodity trade lifecycle, from deal capture through settlement and reporting
  • Lead and support SIT/UAT testing, test case design, defect management, and release activities
  • Provide production support, issue troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and user assistance
  • Ensure data integrity across Endur and integrated systems
  • Support reporting solutions including risk, P&L, operational, and management reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, risk teams, operations teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable ETRM solutions

Experienced Endur Functional Analyst responsible for delivering and supporting ETRM solutions that enable commodity trading, risk management, and back-office operations

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ION Openlink Endur configuration, workflows, and functional support
  • Strong understanding of Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) processes and systems
  • Knowledge of physical and financial commodity trading lifecycle processes
  • Experience with trade capture, valuation, risk exposure, settlements, and P&L reporting
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design
  • SQL and data analysis capabilities
  • Understanding of Endur architecture, reference data, workflows, interfaces, and integrations
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and globally distributed trading environments

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience supporting commodities such as crude oil, refined products, feedstocks, and freight
  • Experience with Endur implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects
  • Knowledge of market data management and pricing curves
  • Familiarity with integrations involving ERP, risk, and market data platforms
  • Experience supporting front office, middle office, and back-office business functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant Endur/ETRM experience
