As a Resident Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our community, providing hands-on support to residents while fostering meaningful connections. As a Resident Assistant at Vivie, you will:

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents with meals, restorative care, and life skills, respecting their preferences.
  • Encourage residents to engage in social, recreational, and wellness activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment through housekeeping, laundry, and organizing resident spaces.
  • Prepare, store, and serve meals, beverages, and snacks while promoting a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or emotional well-being to nursing staff.
