This is a Per Diem role for a Home Health and Hospice RN. We will train in-house through lots of shadowing with another RN. As a Home Health RN, you will play a critical role in providing excellent patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing patient needs, creating care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of your patients and help them achieve their health goals.
Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of CA
Minimum of 3 year of experience as a registered nurse is a plus
Experience in home health or a related setting is preferred
Hospice experience is a plus
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Current BLS certification
Acute care clinical experience is a plus
