We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team, ensuring that we maintain high-quality, efficient care for all patients. If you are passionate about patient care and want to be part of a supportive team, we encourage you to apply!

The Registered Nurse will coordinate and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and other care team members, the RN will offer individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers while embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.

• Regularly assess patient pain to ensure effective pain management, including follow-up assessments after interventions.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, documenting care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Provide exceptional care by responding quickly to patient requests and proactively anticipating their needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up measures, simplifying complex medical terminology for better understanding.
• Instruct patients and families on non-medical follow-up measures, such as healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention, preparing them for self-management.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 6 months of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training must be completed within 6 months of starting employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or RN Diploma required.
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course or Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
